In these terms, “Elunara”, “we” and “us” mean Elunara, and “you” means the person using our website or placing an order. By using the site or ordering, you agree to these terms.

Our diamonds are lab-grown. We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can, but colours and sparkle can look different on different screens, and a handmade piece may vary very slightly from the one pictured.

Where a piece comes with a grading report from an independent laboratory, such as IGI or GIA, the report is the authority on that stone’s grades.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. The price of a piece can depend on the options you choose, such as diamond weight.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Any taxes or duties are shown at checkout.

If a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before going ahead and you may cancel.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a piece cannot be made, if a price was wrong, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund anything you have paid.

Many pieces are made for you after you order, in the size, metal and stones you choose. Please check sizes, spellings and engraving text carefully before you order: once making has begun, changes may not be possible. Engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty — see our Refund policy.

Delivery is covered in our Shipping information, and returns, exchanges and refunds in our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, copy it in bulk, or access parts of it you are not meant to. All words, images, designs and logos on the site belong to Elunara or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law. Beyond those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or that result from events outside our reasonable control, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without affecting any rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the site when you placed it.
